Occult Art
The pieces in which I display here I name my Occult Art, mainly as it features techniques in which have been accessed automatically or in a different state of consciousness. Some artworks bridge the gap between reality and dream and others are simply displays of appreciation or devotion to certain Deities or Higher Beings.
Under Lilith’s Watch
Oil and Pig’s Blood on Canvas [2025]
Lilith, in Jewish folklore, appears as a Demonic being who kills infants and threatens expectant mothers, frequently depicted as avenging the deaths of her own children.
Instead of demonising her, in this piece I have created an effigy of devotion for her. The sand timer being in reference to the limited time her victims have in this world, with each toddler skull being anointed with the Sigil of Lilith upon their foreheads.
